VIESSMANN Vitoconnect OPTO2 + Amazon Echo Dot

The Viessmann Vitoconnect, type OPTO2, is the heart of the Viessmann ViCare individual room control system. It connects the individual components with the ViCare app and allows you to control your entire heating system easily and intuitively. You can now also conveniently control your ViCare devices via Amazon Alexa. The Vitoconnect can either be used as a stand-alone solution or optionally connected directly to the Vitotronic control system of the Viessmann heating system, which increases the efficiency of the control system.

This Internet interface, measuring just under ten by ten centimeters, was specially developed for wall mounting.

The setup is quick and easy using the ViCare app, which involves scanning a supplied QR code with your smartphone. Control LEDs on the front inform you about the data communication and the current status between the heat generator and the Internet.

The ViCare Smart Climate portfolio, consisting of radiator thermostat, floor thermostat, climate sensor and repeater, is ideally matched to the Vitoconnect and supports the optimal use of your heating solution.
