In addition, we offer smart home devices and other products in our Ostrom Store to help you optimize your energy costs.

What is the Ostrom Wallet?

If you are an Ostrom customer, you can invite your friends and family to Ostrom by using your referral code. If they successfully sign up for an electricity tariff with Ostrom, you and the person you referred will receive store credit worth 50 €.

Which articles can be integrated into the Ostrom app?

Some of the articles in the Ostrom Store can be integrated into our Ostrom App. As an app user, you can use various automations such as creating your own personalised heating plan.

Shipping conditions

Shipping in the Ostrom Store is free of charge. The dispatch time is approx. 2-4 days.

Return conditions

Don't like the product or did the product arrive damaged? You can return it to us free of charge, within 30 days. The purchase amount will be transferred back to you as soon as we have received and assessed the return.
