  • Port 443 (HTTPS) and port 123 (NTP) must be open and the WLAN (SSID) must be visible. Hidden WLANs cannot be connected.
  • The MAC address is printed on the QR label of the device and must be kept safe.
  • To operate the Vitoconnect, a free internet connection with a data flat rate (time and volume-independent flat rate) is recommended.
