The wired thermostat from tado°, developed in Germany, is the perfect addition to your tado° starter kit to control your boiler or water-based underfloor heating smartly and energy-efficiently.

With the Smart Control function, you can easily control different rooms or zones individually from your smartphone and set intelligent schedules for each area to make optimal use of your heating. Please note that this system only works with a tado° Starter Kit (V2, V3, or V3+), which is equipped with an Internet bridge and is only required once per house.


The compatibility of tado° is impressive as it works with almost all heating systems. You can easily replace your existing thermostats with tado° to efficiently control your central heating, geothermal or air source heat pumps and underfloor heating. Another advantage is the flexibility of rented apartments: the heating thermostats can be used without any problems and can simply be replaced with the original devices when you move out.


Installing the system is extremely easy. To connect additional smart thermostats and accessories, all you have to do is follow the instructions in your tado° app. In addition, tado° offers numerous additional functions that take your heating control to a new level. From geofencing, which ensures that the heating only runs when you are at home, to weather adjustments, detailed statistics, an energy saving report, multi-room control with an additional thermostat, to a boost function as well as frost and child lock - tado° has thought of everything to offer you maximum comfort while maintaining energy efficiency.
